In addition to the TYPO3 Extension Repository you can also download jk_poll here. You can choose between the current stable version and a "dev version" on which I'm working at the moment. The "dev version" isn't available in the TYPO3 Repository because there are still some features missing or it hasn't been tested in-depth. Use this version on your own risk!

At the moment there is no dev version. The newest version available is 0.9.4.
